Red White and Blue Hello

Isn't this little girl the cutest? I found this stamp in a Craft Store in Ohio when we were there last September for my brother's wedding. We don't have the store near by here, and since it is at least a 10 hour drive to get there, we always make time to stop in and see what is new.
Anyway, I made this card for my Addicted to Cardmaking swap on my Favorite MB. I used my Stampin Write markers in Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede, Blush Blossom, and Brocade Blue (I think). The sentiment is from Stampin' Up's "Hello Again". I love how it sort of looks like she is peeking through a window! The background is also embossed with a star folder and my BigShot.

LOL It appears I had the wrong picture there! But It's fixed now! Sorry about that!

Country Flowers

I thought I would share the finished card that I made to show the simple knots below. This is for my card front swap on my Favorite MB, the theme is ribbons. I used a now retired Stampin' Up set called "Country Morning". I stamped the image on watercolor paper and used my Stampin' p markers as well as Classic Ink pads and a blender pen to color the image. The cardstock, paper and ribbon are all stuff I had on hand.

First attempt- Stair step card

I needed to make a stair step card for a swap that I am in on my favorite MB, and this is what I came up with. I have to be honest, it took me three attempts to get the folding correct, but it finally worked out right! The front fold also has snowflakes stamped in blue from Stampin Up's Christmas Punch hostess set, but you can barely see it in this picture. The die cut snowflakes were from those kind that you can buy in the craft stores that are already premade. The stamps are a clear set that I had on hand from last year I think. I love these little penguins! I colored the image with my Stampin Write Markers by Stampin Up.

Birthday card for Brianna

I made this card for Brianna's 6th birthday. I have had the patterned paper FOREVER! The image is from Stampin' Up's Crazy for Cupcakes set. I colored the image with my Stampin Write markers, and added some glitter glue to the cupcakes. The yellow side is embossed with a birthday themed folder.
Cheyenne picked out all of the colors, and patterned paper. Hope she liked it!

Christmas Tags

Here are the Christmas Tags I made for the Tags, tags, and more tags swap on "my Fav MB". The image is from the Big On Christmas stamp set by Stampin' Up. A very simple set, but so much you can do with it! I added some little red and green rhinestones in the spaces for ornaments. The image was colored with my Stampin Write Markers.

All Occasion Masculine Cards

I made these for JeanP's Masculine group on My favorite message board. The theme for this one was any occasion. The sentiment says "Some days you just know.... it is going to be a two cup day!" I chose the paper, because it kind of reminded me of pajamas! LOL. The papers are from an old printed paper stack. I colored the little guy with my Stampin Up Stampin' Write markers.

Soft Summer card

I made this card for a swap with the PhillyInkers group. I tried to take a picture with natural light, so I propped it in one of the trees that line my driveway. (which I always end up backing up into when I back up in the drive! )
I used the Soft Summer stamp set by Stampin Up for the flower. I stampd it on Very Vanilla cardstock with my StazOn ink. Then I used sponges to first sponge on some Pretty In Pink all over, and then sponged on Pixie Pink along the edges. Then I used my Stampin Write markers to color the image. I used the ticket corner punch for the corners of the Very Vanilla Piece. Adhered that to Pixie Pink, then onto Pretty in Pink. The sentiment is from Heard from the Heart also by Stampin Up.

Peach with Piercing

Another card I madelast weekend. I created this card for CardJunkie's Monthly card swap on my fav MB. For the piercing in the corners I used Stampin Up's Mat Pack. This is a super easy way to line up piercing PERFECTLY! The flower and sentiment are from the Hostess set "Echos of Kindness" from the Spring/Summer catalog. I colored it with my Stampin' Write markers. This one isn't actually adhered down yet. I was getting impatient and wanted to take pictures so I could get them posted here. (only took me almost a week!)
