Okay can I tell you how much I love these monkeys???? They are so cute and always look like they are having a ball! I had to make cards for the ACM swap on my Favorite MB. The theme for August is Animals. I originally started this card with a different stamp in mind, but couldn't think of a sentiment so I changed it to these monkeys. I still couldn't think of a proper sentiment, so I opted to leave it blank! But wouldn't it be cute with a "Hope your Birthday is a SPLASH" or "Last one in the pool is a rotten banana"? LOL or something along those lines? All materials used were various stuff I had on hand. And I made two versions, because I was running out of cardstock and had to improvise. The images were colored using my Marvelous Markers from Stampin' Up. The layout from this card I am sure you have seen before, and was CASED from fellow PhillyInker Kristin Kortonick. (Thanks Kristin!!)
I was pointed in the direction of this charity by a fellow Stampin Up Demonstrator, Melissa. They can use donations of cards, either Handmade, or Store bought for residents of nursing homes. What a great way to share your creativity, while brightening the day of others!!! Here is their website:
Please remeber that if you are interested in any of the Stampin Up Products shown here, that I am a Demonstrator, and would be very happy to assist you! Leave a comment, or shop through my website: http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/gina_thornton/ Thank you for the opportunity to serve you!

A mother of a 5 year old boy and a 8 year old girl. I love being a mom! I married a guy I met in first grade! We married May 18th, 2002.
I wanted to have a place that I could show some of my creations. When my sister is able to visit she always asks me what I have been working on, so I thought this way I could keep her updated! It's also a way to show some of my other friends and family what I have been working on! This also gives me a little push to get some things made and posted.
I hope you enjoy the things you find here, and maybe even find some inspiration! Some of the things found on my Blog are by Stampin' Up! Ask me how you can get the stamps, or feel free to look at the current catalog found in the sidebar.(it will download, it takes a few minutes). Feel free to ask me any questions!
